Add comprehensive info at the beginning of .ftr files to reproduce ad9361 ftr files.
Also add a narrower band fir example

New rf/ad9361 initialization script with new ad9361 filter file:
1. Wider bandwidth for 11n (4 extra subcarriers than 11a/g)
2. No offset tuning anymore
